That guy is a genius. Maybe a little immature, but a genius nonetheless.

He only has 14 points this season though playing 20 minutes a night, and he's 35 years old. I would not give up a second for him, let alone all that other crap they threw in

Clearly, the person involved with that headline thought Zajac was pronounced Zajace.

Facing off - Zajac-ing off. Still, epic fail.

That's the thing, they really just gave up a bunch of crap for him aside from a 2nd round pick. He doesn't fit Yeo's system, so who knows what a change of scenery will do.

I like it for NJ. Trx is right, they gave up a bunch of crap. 2nd round pick for a solid offensive d-man with a chip on his shoulder...not bad. I think he will look good on the PP with Ilya and the gang.

Zidlicky is putrid defensively.....Garbage. He's a one-trick pony.

Elias obviously vouched for him. The Devils are going to make the playoffs, so I'm surprised they added a guy like him. He's certainly not a guy with a "warrior" reputation.

Devils have a huge Euro flavor to them...more than I can ever remember:

Elias
Sykora
Zidlicky
Hedberg
Larsson
Ponikarovsky
Kovalchuk
Zubrus
Tallinder
Tedenby
Josefson
Urbom

Add Volchenkov

LOL, the ref just interfered with a Lightning player, sending Staal in on a shorthanded breakaway. He scored of course.

I noticed at least twice last night the ref got in the way, once he interfered with Richards just before the 1st Isles goal.

Pat Leonard ‏ @NYDNRangers

If you're a hockey fan, make sure you see highlight of Evgeni Malkin's goal in 3rd today. Also turn sound off. Pitt announcers HUGE homers

Malkin with a HT and 4-pt game so far. Pens playing lights out.

I dare to think what Malkin will do to Columbus tomorrow. Beastly.

Pens shut us out, 2-0, and then destroy the Bolts 8-1. Malkin with a HT and 4 points, Staal with 2 goals and an assist, Neal and Sullivan with 3 assists each. Nightmare offense team, not to mention Fleury with some incredible saves.

Aha, I see. Pens have been lucky in that area lately. The Crosby draft was also a fortunate one for them

I think the Pens can enter the arena in the 3rd period and still beat the BJs by 5.

A little OT, but ESPN's NHL page is providing some great competition for NHL.com in terms of ridiculously corny headlines:
