Does anyone have news on him? I'm extremely curious on how Gagne could produce now since Carter is here.

The last thing I heard he's skating in a red jersey in practice (not sure what that means, no contact?). Do you guys think he'll be back this season?

Skating with the team in a red jersey is a step above skating with Davis Drewiske after practice and firing pucks. No timetable, but it's moving in the right direction.

There is no timetable, but I'm pretty sure (barring setbacks) he'll be back before the playoffs. 3-4 weeks away I'd say.

He's been skating for a few weeks now which is good, then again look at the Crosby situation.

I read somewhere the other day (the day they there was the video of him skating and shooint pucks at the net in the red jersey) where he said he feels he'll be back by the end of the season.

Wouldn't him on a line with Richards and Gagne look good

I'm afraid he is going to not be 100% but push it down the stretch/playoffs then get clipped. I really hope both he and the medical staff put safety first.

I'd love to see him play with Carter/MR, but would hate to see a Crosby situation.

Absolutely, you would hate seeing him end up in a situation like the one Pronger is in. Needs to put his health first!

It's my guesstimation. I was right last year about when Parse would return. Well, I was 3 days off, but I was pretty darned close!
