At this point does it even matter? It just makes everything feel like the team is going backwards - two guys back that most were happy to be rid of and moved on from. I'd rather have the kids getting time instead of two guys with a month left on their contracts that better not be back next season.
I'm not happy about having to watch Foster and Veilleux in Wild sweaters again.
And what would you prefer to have happened in a trade for Big Z? The main part of the trade was the second then to a lesser extent the troubled Palmieri to sweeten the pot. We probably had to take some of their lesser players off their hands just to get the trade done: addition by subtraction for them and all. Besides, half our stupid roster is career AHLers anyways. It's not like Veilleux or Foster are under contract after this year.
