That was less than I though Kostitsyn would go for, but surprisingly very fair.

Yea a conditional 5th and a 2nd is a pretty good deal for Nashville. That team, I dunno man they keep getting scarier. So glad we play them 3 times in the next 3 weeks -_-
LW's are what the Kings need, so that's what I would expect the Kings will acquire sometime today.
Who though? That's the problem, not enough available. Made sense when Brown was being made available and we would've been able to get a package with JVR and Couturier, for example.
Unless we make Bernier available, which I kind of hope we do, because he's rotting behind Quick
Yeah... Bernstein(although he may not know ****) says Lindback, Ellis, Wilson and Laakso for Nash... that's ****en CRAZY.
That's an interesting one.
that's a solid future top pairing D-man (imo), a young top 6 center (#2), a #1 goalie and a young depth player. Ellis is 21, Wilson is 22, Lindback is 23.
Really good young goalie who could probably start on another team, but is unfortunately sitting behind one of the best goaltenders in the league. Not going to see many games but they deserve it.
I think if Lindback is out there, Tampa and New Jersey would be wise to deal for him.
I doubt it considering he'd have to fly to NAS and since he's only played/lived in the US, doesn't he have to get a different kind of Visa clearance when traded from a Canadian team to a US when he hasn't lived in the US before?

Its a lot of un proven assets. But very young. Its like us trading Bernier, Voynov, Dustin Brown and Alec Martinez almost.
Now they are saying Polie is pushing it because they feel they can lock up both Suter and Weber by showing they mean business with Rick Nash.
I'm expecting Penner, Richardson, Bernier and possibly Loktionov being dealt today. I can't see Stoll leaving.
That's a lot of bodies to move around all in one day. I'd say the only name on that list that might go is Richardson. Nobody is going to go for Penner and Bernier will be addressed in the off-season. Can't see the Kings moving Loktionov for a rental either.

Yea I dunno, if I am Howson...go big or go home. I kind of agree with a steep price. Overpay for Rick Nash or don't even call. He is arguably one of the best power forwards out there with a lot of untapped potential and Howson is on the ropes as a GM.
