The deal wasn't announced until 2 central/3 Eastern. It's a 2.5 hour flight from Buffalo to Nashville. Assuming he got to the airport at 4 Eastern and there was a flight sometime after 4, he would get to Nashville at 5:30 central at the absolutely earliest, but probably more like 6:30. Not enough time to get there, get suited up, talk to the coaching staff about whatever instructions he needs to know, etc.
I'd be willing to bet the plan is for him to join the team in Raleigh tomorrow, as with AK.
Or perhaps he'll fly in, watch the game and travel with the team tonight - similar to what Gill did.

Even though the deal was announced late, the pieces might have already been in place and Goose might have been on a plane to Nashville beforehand.
I suspect that you're right, though, in that he'll watch the game, maybe give an interview between periods, and play in Carolina tomorrow night.
Damn, no Terry and Pete tonight for me, since they'll be blacking out that feed (hate that they do that on Center Ice). Someone tell me if I win 'Watch and Win.' Shouldn't be hard since I'm likely the only entry from San Dimas, CA.
Kings starting to feel dangerous after getting Carter and whacking the Hawks the other day, Preds really need to knock them down a peg tonight.

Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that was filmed in Arizona or somewhere like that. I had always assumed with Raging Waters over here, and the movie having a water park, that they had actually filmed it IN San Dimas.
I do not fear them. In fact, I kinda think LA stinks. they have good goaltending, but I think they will start to slide a bit without Jack Johnson. That is what is getting lost in this Carter deal. JJ is a damn good dman and sucked up 22-24 min a night. So now you have doughty, Greene, Mitchell, Scuderi and a couple of kids. That really scare anyone? they can score 2 more goals a game but does it matter when they give up 3 more?

I expect 2 points
They just seem to have our number for the last season or two, and play such a stifling game across the neutral zone and back end. I think if we keep them off the board early, we'll probably win, but the boys have to come out ready from the get-go.
we should have guys ready to go. This is literally a produce or scratch night for 2 guys. 2 of Bourque, Yip, Smith and Halishuck will be sitting tomorrow barring injury. Should see the best games from them all year. Esp. Bourque, who faces going back to the bus

While I agree 100%, if trotz scratches Hali or Smith, I will look like this -->
I bet Borque gets on the bus through no fault of his own, and Yip gets scratched. I think Trotz may sit/send down Smith and or Borque and or Hali to motivate them before the playoffs.
