About time Leblanc got sent down, no reason to keep him up for this disaster.

Good for tickets? Jerseys etc but the building will not be full the rest of the year...they might announce a sellout, but paid tickets doesn't mean butts in the seats...

I like Leblanc and would like to see him up oppose to Palushaj, but he has 1 assist in his last 11 games, or some **** like that.

Rather both of them stayed in the AHL, rather than end up playing less than 10 minutes up here.

In Montreal 3 and 4 liners play on the 1st line and vice-versa.

I really don't see how this makes us worse. It's not like Leblanc was killing it.
I love the kid, but this is for the best. Give Geoffrion a chance after tearing it up in the AHL, and if it doesn't work, call LL back up.
They're both 5th wheels in this line-up at this point anyway, not enough of an impact to make that big of a difference on the standings.

He'll get first line minutes either way.

Good. Don't want to screw him up too much, he needs to get as far away from this "system" as possible. He's got his spot locked up for next year anyway.
Hell, I'd be tempted to send Eller down with him (I think he doesn't need to pass through waivers), I'm just so scared of the damage Cunneyworth can do. He did manage to run 2/3 of a playoff team's first line out of town in like 30 games.

Better Leblanc get 20 minutes a game on the Bulldogs and get away from the mess In Montreal right now.

Good. Get Louis as far away from this mess as you can.

Well Leblanc certainly wasn't ready to be a great NHLer but he looked comfortable, had chemistry with Eller (not that it matters when Cunneyworth is just going to play Eller as a 4th line winger).
With the trading of AK our skill level among wingers is atrocious. I'm happy to see how Geoffrion looks but it's another guy without hands out there.

Keep the young guys that will still be with the team 100% next year in Hamilton, and call up the guys who we might lose to free agency this year and give them one last chance to impress.
Also, we should be trying to give Hamilton the best chance possible to make the playoffs so these guys have something to do after Montreal is finished.

There are no third or fourth lines, just Darche lines and non-Darche lines.

While we're at it we should also send the Desharnais line down to the AHL in order to secure that first overall pick.

Good move. Louis showed good things but it's not here that he will improve. It's playing 20 minutes in the AHL with PP time that he will get to improve. And obviously, he still needs to add some muscle.
Now, let's see what G is able to do.
