you can thank Wang for the lack of toughness this year. After the famous fight night pens game, I loved how caps stood up for his players. Even during the game I saw him sorta approve with what was going on the ice. Now this season I see him trying to save his job at all cost cause of the upper management ass kisser next to him. Caps would do way better somewhere else where he and the gm can build a team they want.

I loled at the poll. If we re-did this poll right now.... Well... Id be ashamed if Cappy approval was over 30%

Thompson and his staff are the group you want to go with, 18-2-1 since the new year while dealing with the call ups of major cogs on that team and tons on ECHLers.
This week they came back from behind to win two games! One being down 2-0 to start to third, he even got Gillies to score a goal! ...

Edit: Cappy had success in Bridgeport, but never dominating. And ge sure as hell wouldn't have dominated with what Thompson has had to work with.

Now that we've had a year or so of Jack...

I was on the fence last year/last summer as to having him back.

I don't think I want him back next year. He is too tepid for my taste. Yes, I (or we) don't know how he is in the room, but, he seems to be...I can't think of the best way of putting it...but...he seems to be taking the easy way out, putting forth the minimum amount of effort, expecting results as opposed to demanding them and helping the wanted results come about.

I was fine with letting Cappy coach this year but we will not hire a coach with NHL experience since they will know more than Wang and Snow...i.e. Nolan. They want the inexperienced coaches so they can make moves on the ice with no confrontation.

No coach in their right mind would cart out DP on the ice.

The next coach of this team is Doug Weight than whatever other vet retires from our team .

Nolan could get this team in the playoffs.(just an example of an NHL coach we had that got a team that was not very good in the playoffs and competitive)
