Irmen hurt against Wisconsin

But the Gophers' climb into a tie with the Badgers for first place in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association — they've won 11 of their past 12 games — hit a sour note at the end of the evening when scoring wizard Danny Irmen left the building with his right arm in a sling.
Anything serious?
"Don't know," Gophers coach Don Lucia said.
Irmen might have suffered a separated shoulder, and he could be out several weeks.

I saw the weekend games on Wisconsin public television, and it was the first time I've seen Irmen play - WOW, what a player. I had no idea he was such a good skater, or passer for that matter. I'm very happy the Wild have such a guy in their stable of prospects. Here's hoping his injury isn't serious.

So that's why he left... that sucks; here's hoping it's really nothing serious.
