Sounded pretty loud to me, infact anytime max had the puck and was streaking down the wing it was bringing the fans to their feet and making it loud, maybe you mean when the devils scored their second?

Apparently. But he's not getting any icetime. Tough to work on ones skating from the pressbox...

I don't see they don't put Jorde on the wing while they wait for McMorrow to return. He's played RW in the past, and he could do no more harm there than Sean. It's not as if he can skate well either. Jorde is tough enough to handle the enforcer duties for awhile. Heck, he gave Ettinger a better fight than McMorrow could in 7 outings last season.

And like you said, how is he going to improve his footspeed while in a suit.

You can never tell on TV, because TV will amplify or dampen the sound of the crowd as appropriate. Almost always better to go by what the announcers say, or if there is other evidence of noise (false starts, delay of game penalties or timeouts when trying to audiblize). I'm not sure what the hockey equivalent would be.

I just watched the highlights of the game on NHL.com. Pin drop? Uh no. You could clearly hear the crowd going crazy, you could see everyone jump to their the second Afinogenov scored.
