At least we have White and Staubitz who will beat the crap out of anyone who tries to troll our goalies. We will lose, but we won't take any crap along with it ! Tanking with dignity is the answer !

Predict a tank-failing 3-2 win.

Staubitz gets a hat trick and loses a fight to St Louis....

Your guys better be ready to tank extra hard tonight. On top of the injuries the Lightning locker room has been hit with the flu bug. Thompson, Mikkelson and Purcell are all game time decisions.

But come on, if you guys win you'd be 4 points away from the 8th seed. Please just outscore us in regulation.

Patches DD Cole
Bourque Pleks Eller
Geoffrion Gomez White
Staubitz Nokes Palushaj

Gorges Subban
Emelin Diaz
Kaberle Campoli

Ugly lineup... to think we couldn't get a 7th round pick for either Kaberle, Campoli, Gomez or Nokeleinen and we're now picking up the Minnesota Wild's scrap.

In reality, only 6 or 7 of these forwards are solid NHLers and 3 defensemen.

Can you confirm this possible lineup?

Thompson Stamkos Purcell
Malone PYATT St Louis
WYMAN Segal Connolly
Commodore Hall Wallace

Mikkleson Brewer
Clark Gervais
Aulie Lee

I can`t possibly see how the habs can lose to this... Tampa is beating us at tanking

Quick questions:

1. If we finish #29, what's the chance (%) that we get #1 pick ? What's the lowest pick that we could get ?

1. If we finish #28, what's the chance (%) that we get #1 pick ? What's the lowest pick that we could get ?

IMO all the defenders excpt Campoli are legit NHL players, the problem is redundancy and inexperience. Kaberle would still be useful surrounded by solid defenders, but we don't have enough size in the back to shelter him.

Wow, that team is even more tank-tastic than ours. Stamkos alone can still beat us though.

Yeah I'm curious too. How exactly does this lottery system work for teams 26 to 30? I know you can only move up 4 spots and only drop down one, but what gives higher odds of picking first to the last team?

Aulie is still awaiting his work visa, so he's not in.
Thompson, Purcell, Mikkelson are all game time calls, all 3 are ill.

Smith, Angelidis, Labrie and Oberg have all been called up from Norfolk. Your guess is as good as mine as far as lines and pairings.

Unfortunately TB fans are still holding out slim playoff hopes so this isn't going to make either fanbase happy.

#Habs : Brad Staubitz jouera avec Scott Gomez et Petteri Nokelainen.

Gomez on the 4th line. He better ****ing stay there for the rest of the season.

which is why im fine taking a goon on the roster.

this is what i'd like to see. break up the two-and-a-half men line and spread the love to poor plekachu. the, less-worst lineup i could come up with.

desharnais - eller - bourque
cole - plekanec - boomer (i think he's a right winger)
palushaj - gomez - pacioretty
blitzer - nokelainen - white

desharnais will finish his career on wings, it's just a matter of time, so let's speed it up a bit. eller = better finisher, better defensively. desharnais = better vision. match made in heaven

I actually wouldn't mind seeing a White-Gomez-Staubitz line for the rest of the season. Gomez can play chippy and troll people, and White with Staubitz will step in and smash faces if needed.

the exact % has been posted in numerous threads. it's ~45% for 30th overall, ~18% 29th overall and ~12% for 28th overall. approximation from my hazy memory but you get the idea

Not bad.

JFChaumont:
#Habs : les trios probables: Pacioretty-Desharnais-Cole, Bourque-Eller-Palushaj, Geoffrion-Plekanec-White, Staubitz-Gomez-Nokelainen.
