I've always loved Voynov. The thing I like the most is his poise. He makes great passes and gets his shots through better than any other D-men. And he's only gonna better better with experience.

VV>JJ(maybe even Doughty)

By the way I'm Loving my new Voynov/Lokti bow tie avatar!

Bern is such a calm mofo, man. Great statement game by him.

Voynov looks so smooth, too. Carter got some chances and I was pleased.

On to the next game.

Nah, we held back in the 3rd period. They were saving it for this Saturday.

I think the most important part is that, over the last 3 games we've scored 9 goals. If that means we're going to score 3 goals per game from here on out, then the playoffs are ours! Well, we'll get there at least.

watching a kings win is like walking on glass. You don't want to move or think lest you disrupt something and have it all come tumbling down

The Kings certainly appear to be heading in the right direction. Let's hope these guys have sorted out their issues and are properly geared up for the stretch run.

Ya gotta have hope...

6-7 game win streak please.

Probably Bernies last start of the season. lol

Back in the playoff race. We need some other teams to lose.

Carter attacks the middle of the ice and has much more speed than I thought. I'm not worried about him in the slightest

Man, really don't know what to think. Sure, two convincing wins in the past three games....but against who? A struggling Hawks team and a beaten-down Wild team. The other game saw Nashville play a very effective game against the Kings.

On the other hand, Carter obviously draws the attention of the opponent, and rightfully so, considering he's in with Richards. Will we see a serious freeing up of Kopitar's line? Early indications are "yes".

Saturday's game against a surging Anaheim should speak volumes, as should the following game vs. Nashville. Beat those two teams and ride a three game winning streak and now you're talking.

Saturday's game is the biggest Kings regular season game in quite some time.

I think whoever wins is heading to the playoffs and the loser probably isn't.

GO KINGS

before us, blackhawks won 4 of their last 5, i don't think that's "struggling".

And at this point, a decisive win, even against a non-playoff team, is pretty significant for the Kings.

Wow, only 3 pages of comments after a 4-0 win. How many pages do you think it would have been if we lost this game? 10? 20? That's one thing that really bugs me about Kings fans, it's like you'd almost rather lose just so you have something to complain about

I think everyone is still in shock. They need a little time for the win to sink in.

Not much to say about a decisive win like that. Proud of the boys! Hopefully we can string some wins together. This team gives me anxiety.

True. This thread will max out soon.

But I believe in you, Kings! I only wish I could go on for 15 pages about how you did a great job.

Love seeing Carter in a Kings jersey.

We've got to keep things rolling here. This is going to be a brutal month schedule wise. We play Anaheim, Nashville, and Detroit twice each. Also play Chicago, San Jose, St. Louis, Boston, Vancouver.

All I know is that if we get in, we will be a scary team to play against due to our defense and goaltending. Quick can get hot and help us steal a series. It all hinges on how consistent our offense can be, but I can easily see us upsetting a team like San Jose/Phoenix or Detroit in the first round.

I think Detroit's a bit overrated despite their record/points total to be quite honest. Great at home but dicey at best on the road.

Go Kings
