Does anyone have knowledge of the Rangers ticket exchange service ?
Because i live in Sweden i can´t use the service myself but a friend of mine from L.A helped me buying six tickets for two games this month. Everything went fine but when i log in using his account to print the tickets i only see my tickets and the seats but there is no print button or any button at all. He gets the same result. I have tried a bunch of different browsers but with no luck. I´m starting to panic because the games are in two weeks and the tickets is already paid for. My friend have contacted ticketexchange but they have not respond for over a week.
when you purchased the tickets, did an e-mail follow with a pdf? That is how I recall any online ticket purchase should work. Have your friend check the e-mail account that he registered with to see if the pdf is in "junk mail" or in his inbox.
