Well one would hope a team making this kind of trade would be hoping for at least 16 more come playoff time. I wouldn't recommend a team with Cup ambitions picking up either player at this point in the season. With that said, I would be perfectly willing to ice them next season provided they return in the NHL. Thus, no real incentive to move them for peanuts.
