Nothing worse then a player on a team that doesn't have a defined role within the team and we've got a few of those as it stands.
In Anaheim Carlyle had George Parros and he dressed regularly, and so Rosehill is that new Parros now (for now anyway)..

I do agree it's going to be extremely difficult. I shall remain optimistic though if they win tonight's game since there is still that possibility.

Here's what a 12-5-1 record could inevitably look like which appears doable (in no particular order):

W-L-W-W-L-W-W-OTL-W-W-L-W-W-W-L-W-L-W

Lottery pick...vs Carlyle vs Habs. Hmmm...

I hate losing against the Habs, but they're headed nowhere, and we're headed nowhere right now. It will be an exciting game.

Lose and we solidify our march to a good pick. Win and....well Carlyle gets his 1st win but there is no way in hell this team will win in that tough road stretch.

I'm happy either way..

i hope the only reason Grabovski isn't on that list is because you forgot about him...cause if you think he's passionless and incapable of forecheck you're simply off your rocker. some others come to mind too.

Seriously though I'm expecting a win so it takes a bit of pressure of the players (even though I'm sure the coaching change did that) and then they go back to being draft hopeful.
this is bad or the tank man!

gotta lose to Montreal and if everything goes well, lose again. Hopefully we're 1 point ahead of Montreal by the last game of the season. it will be one of the most exciting games of the season

edit: not and attack to you man. Its just we finally have a chance to get an amazing pick who could end up being that numero une center we need.

I actually think Grabo will be more valuable player as a 3rd line checking center, I would give him the role of facing the other team's top line along with Kule and Armstrong. Not as much as emphasis on scoring but checking them. It's a paridigm shift, from run and gun scoring to defense 1st hockey. Hopefully Connolly and Mac can score on the 2nd line to take pressure off of the Bozak line. But I think this is a good idea.

Grabo, Army and Kule as the shutdown line that can chip in a few goals.

Army and Kule do have the size and are our better wingers along the wall.

don't worry I'll be waiving my 2012 draft ticket to Pittsburgh so I get to see us draft one heck of a player (top 6 hopefully)

wouldn't be much point everyone knows he isn't sticking around

just thought it would be funny and a good shot at the Leafs situation

I'd expect no less the other way around
