It seems like there's not a lot of love for the SJ org from you Worcester guys. What could they do to make things better?
We have no good prospects, so Worcester doesn't get good players that way, and we don't put a lot of money or resources in there. I guess it's because we've been in win-now mode for so long, but Worcester gets a raw deal.
KDB or Led Zappa confirmed that there is no roster limit after the trade deadline. We could call up all of Worcester for that matter. 210 and Speed wouldn't care.
I think KDB confirms everything related to NHL rules. If anybody gets it wrong he posts, otherwise he let's it lay there
We do need to worry about the Cap however and I'm not sure how close we are with everybody healthy.

IIRC the Sharks are well below the For this year. Capgeek had them with something like $10 million annual hit available at trade deadline. So, once everyone is healthy, there won't be a cap issue.
Wait a minute you are the one that came up with the hypothetical not me. Maybe you know something I don't. Give me more details about your similar hypothetical. How would this occur?
Depending on what you are even talking about... an answer could be it appears that Wingels is penciled in to play for Doug Wilsons priority the San Jose Sharks. There doesn't appear to be a desire to send him away from Doug Wilsons priority elsewhere within the organization. This is something that Wingels has earned. I don't think there is a comparable situation you could come up with.
And that has nothing to do with faxing two pieces if paper to the NHL for appearance' sake. There were 20ish such transactions like that on Monday, but apparently SJ couldn't be bothered.

You're correct, and before Worcester, Cleveland had the same complaints (plus a lot more that have improved since moving to Worcester).
There needs to be a change in mentality, and I think the only way that will happen is that Wilson has to go. I know I give a lot of crap to Thomas, but it's mostly (if not all) Wilson pulling the strings.
The org is very religious. They pray that the guys they sign cheap because they don't want to pay for veterans work out. They pray that the guys they sign from the CHL and ECHL because they have no depth, prospects work out. They pray that we make the playoffs (yes that is the only goal down here-doesn't matter if we win in it) even with inferior talent.
Its pretty sad when all we asked for was a simple paper transaction on someone (who if he plays like he has up in SJ won't come back, combined with the fact Worcester probably won't make the playoffs), because we're starving for any type of attention, and show that they actually give one crap (I've given up on asking for two LOL) about Worcester.
Oh I see, I haven't been a hockey fan for too long and I've only been lurking here since the summer so I didn't really know much about the situation in Worcester. Although it does seem like DW has done whatever it takes for SJ to win, even if it means throwing Worcester under the bus. I can see how it's unfair to you guys but the only way I'd see DW pay more attention to Worcester is if SJ's cup window closes.
Do you know if they were trying to find somewhere to 'loan' Sateri or Sexsmith? Or did this sort of come out of nowhere?
I have no idea as the team is on the road. The next time I'll have a chance to get answers is Tuesday.
Bill Ballou is in Providence and will likely have some information tomorrow, but I expect it to all be PR lies as SJ has shown integrity is something they preach but show none of when it come to us in Worcester.
BTW, no one here is mad/upset/whatever at the WorSharks "everyday" front office people. Those folks do a great job and I feel bad for them because they'll take the brunt of the anger fans in this city have right now.

They needed to move a goalie, are you unhappy that it was Stalock or that they loaned a player (especially a very good one) for nothing in return?
I know sometimes we get the shaft...it's part of the deal of rooting for an AHL team. If San Jose needs a player that's doing great on our team, they grab him. They need prospects to make a trade to help the NHL club? No questions asked about that, it's what we're here for.
But to not fax two pieces of paper to the NHL and then give away arguably our best asset and get nothing in return, well, that's down right disrespectful.
Do you think Stalock will start / get the bulk of games in Peroia or is he going to be the back up?
Purely a guess, but St Louis just traded away Peoria's #1, so my guess is Stalock will at worst platoon with Jake Allen (and why the hell do I know who Peoria's back-up goaltender is? We've never played them. )
