I think your tickets should be $73. I believe behind the goals in the 300's beyond row 2 is considered 200's lower corner.
You are correct, section 302 is now section 201. Tickets in row 3 and up went from $59 to $73, a 24% increase. I'm really not happy about that, and I don't take any comfort in the fact that the row in front of me went to $79 (+34%) and in front of them went to $125!! (+112%, they more than doubled front row tix).
The Mets tried premium tiers for row 1 and row 2, I believe they recently got rid of them after so many no-sales.
during relocation i think there is going to be a lot of $73 seats available I'm hoping to move to $53 seats but unlikey since it will only be my 3rd year with seats

Relocation process is based on tenure so it may not work out for you. You're also risking whatever your seats are now so keep that in mind as you may not be able to get those back.

Given that the lowest price seats in the lower bowl will be $114 next season, there will be people lining up for your $73 seats.
I think 211 and 224 row 15 at $53 will be the best values (obviously).

It's not based on tenure at all, I thought it was based on your current view and angle? I was told I would be relocated based on what they consider "similar seats"?

I'm talking about if you decide you don't like what you're given for your new seats. For his example, tenure would apply if he wants to relocate to the $53 price point after being given seats in the $50 price point.

I'm going to renew so ill be guaranteed my seats and if I'm not able to move its no big deal i can always move in the future

Oh ok, I misunderstood. You are right.
I'm tring to be optomitic that 306 Row N will equal to something in the $50.00 range. Doubtful though, I will be in the last few rows of the $73 I think
If that's the case, I might as well try to move up as close as possible.

I think the entire Upper Level will be sold out and have very little for even upgrades. The lower bowl prices are just not worth it. At $79 or $73, losses are limited on re-sales. At $165 this year, even with a first place team, I'm taking a mini-bath.

But I have a feeling that a lot of upper bowl people wont be renewing. So while the upper bowl will ultimately sell out, there might be a small window for relocations before this is the case.

I'd say maybe use that one on one with the rep to try to scheme your way back a row or two before the relocation process. I'm not sure how close you're with your rep but maybe you can pull something off.

That's my plan, yes lol
Literally, I just have to move one row back for a $13.00 price drop which is a savings of $1006.00 for the year. What a difference for one row
And how about those 300 center row A now that will be paying $150 while those in Row B will be $90. $60 difference for one row.
Another thing to factor in is those that are sitting in the current 200's. Those seats will not be there next year as they will be removed to make way for the Madison Suites so they may get the first couple of rows of the new upper bowl. This may be there way of justifying some of those prices.

Those people will not simply be relocated to the first few rows of the upper bowl. The 200s were temporary seating just for this year and as such they will not be given priority over people with 10-20+ years tenure who are sitting in Row A or B of the 300s. They will likely be moved to the 100 ends or towards the back/corners of the new 200s.

Good point. I forgot about that. Maybe relocation means Row A will start in the new Row 3.

What about those that have had seasons in the 200's? They said they are relocating people to similar seats which is what the first couple of rows are going to be. Tenure doesn't really apply until you decide you don't want the seats you were assigned.
