You should seriously quit making comments after you bashed chara and the entire bruins team. they just won the cup and have the best +/- differential in the league, you're CLEARLY out of your element when discussing anything hockey related.

What a goal by Andrei Kostitsyn ... Damn. This guy has a shot. I wish he'd be on this team......

We really need depth on the wings

AAAANNNDDD GO! keep in mind he tried Bourque and Leblanc with Eller tonight.
Bourque-Eller-Plekanec with Eller at center pleks sucks at faceoffs thats the best 2nd line option right now

As much as some of you like to call this a tank and come up with cute tank pictures and cute tank names..............this is not a tank.

I repeat. What you are seeing on the ice is not a tank. This is a really poor team that has been mismanaged into irrelevance. Gauthier is worse than Houle could have ever imagined.

So use the expression of "tanking" as a defense mechanism to cover up reality. But the reality is still there. And we are a very very poor hockey team right now with very little to be optimistic about for the next several years........even more if Gauthier sticks around.

Now back to the celebration of the so called "tank".
Gauthier, Gainey, RC, all have to go...

Break your first line. Duh. You're not freaking winning no matter how amazing your 1st line is.

Does anyone really care at this point? I think we are pretty much all thinking the same and that will happen in June and no it's not the Stanley Cup

Your innocent post sumarises our paradox right now in a nutshell.

With our superstar center added to the core, we need to get rid of someone and better Plekanec (god bless him for his services, but he cashed in anyways so good for him its time to say godbye) than our future in Eller who has a different toolbox and might replace him and then some plus DD who is looking like a St. Louis lite between two hulking wingers. We don't need Pekanec in an offensive role anymore any he is being paid way too much for a shutdown center role.

It really is an unintentional rebuild. And that's what's so sad. We've done this kicking and screaming, making sideways deals along the way. All that has done is prolong the pain and drag things out further. When you're not trading for picks and prospects and focus instead on dealing for vets and STILL sink to the bottom? That really sucks.

We've got some 2nd rounders out of it so it's not all bad but man, we've really wasted some assets and done everything we could to choke all the trade value out of AK before dealing him.

Whatever... let's just hope for the best at the draft.

How do you get a good winger since he's so "crappy", genius?

Meh, I doubt RC wants to break up his only sure fire offensive line on a mediocre team. I guess he could do that, but I don't see it helping all that much. This team just seriously lacks some talent.

Don't hurt your feet jumping off the bandwagon. If you are too dense to see that we have a lot of talented players slumping hard and being sorely misused im not going to sit here and coddle you.

I forgot how amazing RC is, he is a stanley cup winning coach in the making right? More like temporary fill in, getting Martin away from this team ASAP was priority and we didn't want to commit to someone else until a full assessment was done. Pretty simple if you breathe through your nose and not like a chicken little.

I would say Gauthier/Gainey. Let's not forget Bobsled.

And when Houle came in he didn't have much of scouting team. He had to rebuild it. These two clowns have had the best Head Scout in the business. Between 03-07 TT drafted 17 players that are in the NHL. Almost Twice more than any other team. And Gauthier/Gainey have reduced the Habs to a one line team.

NOT EVEN HOULE DID THAT. Those two clowns should be told to pack up and leave. Unbelievable crap management.
