Not to be a downer, but Nashville beat Florida.

Still, a great game by the Kings. that was an exciting finish.

Penner and Stoll definitely looked motivated out there.

According to Sports Club Stats, Kings playoff chances increased by 12.2% tonight up to 47.7%. That's a HUGE one day swing.

It's nice to have consistent scoring these past few games.

there's a big difference between these wins and the wins when Sutter just got here. These are far more convincing and we're finally able to score. awesome game against a hot team. Ducks wanted this game

I thought so too. I'm kind of suprised Stoll doesn't end up in more fights with his abrasive play lately.

Hopefully, Ranford tells DS to go with Bernier next game.

Jeff Carter has looked dangerous every game this year. He is always around the net doesn't matter if were short handed, power play, even strength he`s always around the net.

I hope this opens the doors for Carter and Richards for the rest of the season.

I still haven't seen the "Carter sucks on the wing" stuff. I also have not seen any of the "Carter and Richards don't play well together" stuff either.

I like the way we are playing right now. Playing real fast. Passing the puck more. Looking for high percentage chances. I like it. Its good to see goals that were meant to be goals not accidents.

Lets try and string some wins together now!!!

Nashville is 11 points ahead of us. At this point, it doesn't matter what they do. Right now the only teams that matter are the teams within 6ish points in either direction.

I'd play Quick verse Nashville and put Bernier in verse Columbus. The Columbus - Detroit games are back to back road games.

Hopefully Gagne can come back, and the Kings might actually have 9 real NHL players among the Top 9 forwards.
Brown - Kopitar -Williams
Gagne - Richards - Carter (flyers west line)
Penner - Stoll - King

I'm good with that going into the playoffs

Agreed. Not comfortable with Bernier against Detroit yet, and getting him in there against Columbus gives him a game we can rely on him in.

agreed, he is 4th for the kings in hits, yet opposing players never seen to take exception to him

I liked how for Drew penalty in the 3rd, Suter had faith in sending on A-Mart and Voynov as a pairing, and for the 40 seconds they were on the ice, the Ducks couldnt get the puck into the zone

It was some of the worst calls I've frickin seen in a long time. A game of this importance we can't have officiating making calls like that. I mean, there's 3 penalties that weren't penalties, I know that we took"
