100% Serious. Somethings up. Lots of questions about this guy. Will he even have a place on the team next year? Watch him get shipped out this off season

or maybe he doesnt want to be a distraction

does anyone really care right now since Lehner is playing well?

Like seriously when i talk to my friends about the sens right now goaltending never comes up cause it is a non-issue.

Andy will come back when he is ready and probably doesnt want to talk about it to create a bit of a distraction for his teammates. The sens and him have already stated enough and have been more specific than most teams would be.

I totally agree, actually.

We should also keep an eye on Gonchar, that guy has "Russian Spy" written all over him.

First of all, this speculation you guys have going is hilarious.

Second, what's the goalie situation the rest of the way through for you guys? I need a G for the last stretch and playoffs in a fantasy league and I'm thinking Lehner, or MacDonald over in Detroit. If Lehner sticks he will see more starts and that's where my problem lies, I'm not sure if he will stick for the rest of the season.

So, I guess my question is, If Craig Anderson is brought back by the aliens who abducted him on behalf of his wife who tried to kill him with a chef's knife for cheating on him, will Lehner stay, or is it safe to say he'll be abducted by the same aliens as some sort of trade off for Anderson?

I think they should abduct Auld, personally.

Edit: After reading the last few pages of the current GDT, maybe I should consider Bishop instead?

Yeah, this controversy is amazing.

What we need now is a grainy Zapruder film of the chickenbreast=spousalassault=crazygoalie=tradehimn ow incident and we can then get our top men on it.

Our top men.

The point about the knife in the right hand cutting a tendon ...in the right hand ... has merit.

I do not understand why he doesn't just tell the story and put it all behind him. Its no big deal - unless its a bigger deal than has been stated.

Anyway, the team needs to play better in front of any goalie right now.

Because he thinks you're all farking crazy. He cuts his hand on a frozen chicken breast and the masses are asking for diagrams and detailed scenarios.

What's not to understand? He was probably trying to use the knife to pry the two pieces apart and holding the frozen chicken with his right hand. BFD! He probably doesn't feel like talking about it because it was a stupid mistake and it might end up costing the team a play-off spot and it'll definitely affect his own performance when he does get back in. He's probably not happy about the situation.

I am right handed and I've personally cut my right hand once whilst slicing a bagel. OMG, the neighbours didn't even call the police and initiate an investigation against my wife. Somehow they resisted the impulse to immediately conclude that she must certainly have attacked me.

You folks have got to freaking relax. You've really just got to accept the man's word.

And also I'm just so very pleased that somebody actually got my Raiders reference.

Maybe just maybe he feels stupid for doing something stupid that has put his team in a bit of a tough spot. No player wants to miss games, they are very competitive, that is why they are in the NHL, they have a much greater determination & compete level than the average person.

This was an accident, easily preventable & Anderson feels bad that it happened, why the hell should he tell the world about it so it can be posted everywhere & have everybody making fun of him. It happened, it's over & luckily for the Sens so far they have some capable backups to win some games in his absence. End of story.

Not that I think this "rumor" deserves a response, but for what it's worth a buddy of mine is close with alot of guys from the team. I joked about the rumor and he said the wife wasn't even in town.
