Na, it has nothing to do with having faith in Conklin or not. Pearce won't have to clear waivers to be sent back down. Conklin will.

Being in Canada, it sucks, we cannot watch AHL games...

I wish they had an AHL package.

when Canadians sign up to the NHL Centre Ice, we get the OHL Package included.

I wouldn't mind being able to watch the Griffs play.

Question for those who watch GR on a regular basis; does this kid even show the occasional flash of brilliance, or is he just all around terrible on every given night? His numbers were are absolutely atrocious when I looked at them, but surely he at least has a good game every now and again... right?

Eaves is on the Jahvid Best timetable. I am going to guess he does not see the ice again this season and they will tell the media a month before playoffs.

Pearce was probably recalled because Conklin would have to go on re-entry.

Am I the only one getting a little enjoyment out of no Kindl and Ericsson?

Seeing the amount of giveaways and odd-man rushes cut in half.

It's not the lack of faith it's because Conklin has to clear re-entry waivers first and plus why have him sit when he can be playing?

I wonder whether we'll make a claim on Turco.

It gets us extra depth at goalie for next to nothing and his contract is up at the end of the season.

Not sure why, he is ineligible for playoffs he is signed past the trade deadline, can't Mac or Conk's do the job? and they are able to play in the post season? cheers pmacc

Conklin would have to clear re-entry waivers, and if claimed we'd have to pay half of his salary to play for someone else.

Joey Mac will be the starter while Howard is out and the back-up for the playoffs, but claiming Turco would give us a veteran 3rd stringer to MacDonald should Howard suffer another injury.

I don't really think we need him, but it would hurt Boston while giving us a bit more depth at the position.
