Another Larry Arms fan! Nice!

I really want a reason to go to Pouzza. So bummed I loafed on going to Lifetime at last year's fest. I wouldn't mind seeing LA, as well as Less Than Jake. $30 tickets are steep though.

Also, warped tour lineup leaked.

And eminem was amazing! When he did the song sky full of lighters, and everyone had their lighters lit was an epic moment! If I go back though I'll definitely get seats this time, I almost had a panic attack on the way out. Our feet were advancing one inch at a time. Took over an hour just to get to the exit. If you are a fan of eminem and never seen him live, I suggest you do everything you can to see him though, he's amazing live! I also saw him in 2000-2001(?) at the bell center with Limp Bizkit. One of the greatest memories of my life.
A few years ago when Coldplay was there, it was like that leaving as well. We ended up walking back to the city along that bridge that brings you to the Casino.

RHCP bell centre in may: http://www.evenko.ca/fr/show/eveneme...i-peppers-5912

so basically no chance.

im guessing Ozzy will be headlining Heavy MTL.... which would be awesome.

i want more tragically hip. great canadian summer outdoors band. the best active act. not callin for them to headline, although they probably could do friday, i just want them there again.

acceptable rappers would be people like common or kweli. positive philosophers cut from that cloth. but in terms of headlining, i don't know who would be 'relevant' enough to draw a big crowd full. he's mainstream, but not eminem (not talking about talent or style, just about how many mainstream sheeple lick their respective *****). but the organizers should still fit in more real rap throughout the rest of the festival.

no more eminem please. he does not belong. the people he attracts do not belong. it's not even about hip hoppers, they're just straight up **********. eminem has fans that are real, and like him for his talent and are normal people who like many styles of musicm, but i would wager that at least half his fans are wangster hip hoppers who listen to bubble gum mainstream rap, and the only real rap they know consists of eminem and that is as real as they get. he is their epitome of rap, but they never listened to nas and gangstarr and big L if they even heard of them. those are the people that don't know anything about the artform and ruin osheaga for sensible music fans. em's been whining about his mother not loving him for 15 years while screaming and making cartman voices turning every second track into a joke...why people still care about his emo-rap teen angst ******** is beyond me.

canadian emcee Shad rocked the trees stage with his musical and upbeat set, rockin the crowd that was in the know. he should be back, and be bigger.

I'd love to see Real Estate there. They're pretty good.

Edit: BTW, anyone knows a good site to check what bands are coming to town or even to know what bands will be in Portugal this summer when I'll be there? I remember a colleague of mine, he had a website where he could see the scheduled shows all around the world.

I'll gladly pay $30 to see the Lawrence Arms. The last two times I saw them, I was "working" for a website so I got into a bunch of free shows and wrote awful reviews about them. Figured I owe them some money now, haha.

Thanks, it's exactly what I wanted! Seems there's a decent festival in July:

Haven't really listened to those bands but I see people with similar taste to mine's listening to them so.

Ah yes, I remember last year I got there when the festival was ending and I left a few days before the National were performing in Portugal. Not like I would have found people to go with but it would've been nice to at least have the opportunity.

There's no way, as terrible as they are, that a band like Simple Plan would be written that small.

ninja edit ruined.

i don't think it's real or even tentative. the more you go through the list the more you wtf..

soundgarden would be a big name, not on the bottom like that. and simple plan too, even if they suck, it's a hometown big act. half of the rest is 1999 or straight up awful.

i been trolled. i hope.

You can tell that whoever made that fake lineup remembers the late 90's.

Aqua, but no Vengaboys?

apparently hanson and aqua have new releases. **** is plausible, but highly unlikely. i mean unless the creators of osheage have completely lost their vision. people misconceive the festival being for indie rock, when it's musical artistic expression as a whole. so if aqua somehow sprouted some kind of actual talent, then who knows maybe this is just the ****** lineup they intend to give us. commiting festival suicide. but like i said, and i think we can agree...unlikely.
