Nash

If CBJ would deal Nash for our 1st + your favorite 2 Anaheim prospects.

Would you do it?

Our first+ Etem and Schultz?

No thanks. 7 million dollars for generally rubbish hockey, plus we're giving up our chance at Galchenyuk, Trouba, Reinhart, Forsberg AS WELL as Etem and Schultz.

No thanks...again.

No. Why does this keep coming up. If the Ducks are going to open the bank for a salary of that size, it has to be a center. Even then, it still would probably be too much. The other option would be trading Ryan for Nash but I don't think the difference is enough to offset the salary difference.

Trust me. If he wasn't such a burden with that cap hit, he would've been traded.

No. If he made 6 mil a year then I would do that all do. But so would every other team.

He is not a 30 goal guy. He is a 40 goal guy. People dont realize how **** his teams have been over the years.

I wouldn't want Nash for free. The contract screws up the team that much.

This team is not at the cap and ticket prices are going down next year... There's no way he'd medd this team up with the contract, though Samueli may not wamt to pay.

Well, then I guess that answers the question

I agree with the statements about 'if he earned less, he'd be worth it', I think he'd flourish on this squad and be a 35 goal, 65+ point guy...

But too much money.

Ticket prices are going down... so they can't afford to add 7.6 million dollars. So yes, the contract would screw things up.

His deal goes up to 7.8 the year Getzlaf, Perry, and Fowler need to be extended. It keeps climbing past 8.

Rick Nash is paid sick cash. It will put a thick gash in the team to accommodate the salary.

For $7,000,000 we need either a 1a/1b type center, or a #1/#2 Dman. We've got decent wings both on the team now and in the pipeline.

I'd rather they try to sign Weber. Guy can dream.

Even as drunk as I could be I could tell you the only thing he means is an inflated contract and low possession time, zero defense, and constant diving.

No thanks.
