A nose can be dislocated? lmfao what a guy. Could not believe he decided to fight, just not a smart move, even after turning down McQuaid, like jeez.

Man my fantasy team is gonna miss Lupul, I hope it's not too long. Looked like something dislocated or fractured, either way, not too good.

Only his nose can be dislocated, that's why every time he gets popped in the beak it falls right off and spills out on the ice.

Yea. I wouldn't even use him to wipe my ass.

I became a huge fan of Lupul last year, and he became my absolute favourite Leaf this year.

I now have no reason to watch this pile of garbage that calls itself a team. I still like Kessel, Gardiner, Phaneuf, Grabovski, and Schenn, but I think I like the Jets better. =P

With Lupes out for any period of time the tank should be signed sealed and delievered even for the most unrealistic of optimists.

Separated shoulder is my guess. Typically a 4-6 week injury. Didn't look too painful so maybe not that bad.

That's what he said but I am sure he has to get an MRI to get a definitive diagnosis.

I was looking at that shoulder and the range of motion he had with it after the hit. I thought for sure dislocation/separation. Not a good thing at all.

I separated mine on almost the exact same hit. Took a long time to get strength back.

Yeah, they really get bad after it happens a few times. Each time after they dislocate more easily, kind of a slippery slope injury.

So sad about Lupul. He is having a breakout season and it will potentially end with an injury? Nor fair.

Carlyle also said the same thing in his post-game interview, also mentioned that while he can't say anything yet about the severity of the injury, Lupul's unlikely to play tomorrow.

If it was they say, he's done for the year. Good time to tank though, may as well without Lups.

Seperation and dislocation are very different injuries.

Separation is when you sprain or tear the tendon that connects the collar bone to the shoulder. Very common injury and there Are varying degrees of severity. A full separation requires surgery.

Dislocation is the one you refer to and the joint gets looser with each dislocation. I don't think Lupul dislocated. He would have been in major pain if he did that.

I know separations all too well but they will heal up.

Tough deal man, hope you it healed well for you overall. With Lupes I hope it's neither but if it has to be one, Separation for sure.
