And, he creates a lot of scoring chances out of nothing. He just so much better than he was only three months ago, and that's not to say his play was bad three months ago . . . far from it. That kid is going to be special.

I believe Duchene will be that game breaker during his prime. Just wait and see.

We have two game breakers. Duchene and Landeskog. What we need is a better offensive system where we don't need our game breakers to steal us wins. I think we're already one of the best teams in the league at winning by slim margins, thats cause we have some game breakers on our team. But that would only take us so far.

Duchene is great, but he doesn't have the ability to take over a game, and i don't think he ever will... I'd trade duchene for rick nash in the offseason.... See if you can do it straight up...

Nash, Stastny, Jones
Lando, OReilly, Downie
McGinn, Olver, Mueller
McLeod, McClement, Kobasew/VanderGulik/Whoever

I think those are pretty decent lines, top two are good anyways... (these are assuming Hejduk Does not return) make Oreilly captain. He is the man. Hardest worker, does the little things right. Oozes leadership

JOhnson, Hejda (we need to replace Hejda, he's decent but he's slow and old)
Wilson, O Brien
Elliott, OByrne

Decent defence and hopefully Varlamov can develop into the true #1 goalie that he is capable of becoming...

Plus add any of these promising prospects to the lineup if they really impress in the preseason or to fill in during injuries

Barrie,
Gaunce,
Hishon,
Connolly,
Malone,

Plus any UFAs we sign and this is good team... just my thoughts.
