I'd like to apologize to my boss and clients. This is the time of year i constantly
youtube the great flyers playoff moments and Gagne.
There will be a major major delay on response time and paperwork from this moment through the duration of the postseason run.

I can't wait for the playoffs and this is by far the most exciting time of the year. Im gonna make a prediction here and say the flyers go 12-4-1 in their last 17 games. Giroux gets over 100 points but loses the Art Ross race, but wins the Hart!! Ends with 102 points.

Playoffs are when I miss Simon Gagne the most. His goals were always so clutch.

We have all been there, and will be there. And with bryz's recent play, the hockey butterflies in my stomach are that much more butterfly-y.

I really thought that was our year. That series with Tampa Bay was awesome, though. God, I miss Gary Thorne. His voice makes every so much more incredible. It's way better than hearing Doc Emrick's squealing soprano.

The NHL is the one sport where I have no problem sitting down and watching a game between two random teams. This is only magnified times ten in the playoffs.
Nothing in the world like playoff hockey.

Oh my, there are so many good videos.
I first started watching hockey in the 90's with my dad, who is also a huge Flyers fan.
I will never forget that OT sequence above, sobrien. I was in my parents room on a school night watching the game and my dad and I were shocked when Kapanen got KO'd, but went nuts when JR sniped it.
That '04 playoff run was magical...still think they should have won the Cup that year.

If we were healthy in 04 the cup would have been ours.

Outside of Gagne's GW goal against Boston, this is the one that I remember most from seeing live. Seriously, this was huge. Easily one of the best effort goals I HAVE EVER SEEN. Still also think Primeau has one of the best goal celebrations ever. It symbolizes "I am ****ing awesome."
