Bauer x20 or x30 gloves

On the market for new gloves and can't decide between these two... Are the x30's worth the extra money? Thanks.

I have the X20's and they are perfectly fine... dont see why you'd need more than that.
Fingers run a little long though

I have a pair of X20's. Good gloves for good price. Mine are starting to wear a bit on the inside of the fingers, but I think the X20 & X30 are the same material in that area. Had them for a year and a half, playing 2+ a week winter & summer.

$35 is a heck of a deal for X20s. Paid inflated Cdn price at $60 here.

Ya it is lame..for example a pair of vapor 4.0's are $200 in the US but $279 in Canada

I ordered 2 sticks from HM around x-mas on clearance+25% but after paying duty my savings were minimal

Some online stores won't even ship certain brands cross border, need to have a 3rd party for the border crossing. Negating any savings.

For a country that loves hockey, we get hosed at the register.

I'd love to see an online discount hockey store in Canada.

The X:30's would do a better job of preventing bruises and injury because of the dual density foams and I believe it's got a better thumb lock to prevent dislocation, plus it should have a nicer palm. If you were playing with others I'd spring for at least the X:30's personally.
