I'm unclear on the rules. How soon after you join are you allowed to change your username? I know once you change it it's usually a year, but I'm not sure if that holds from the start.

I saw ClemsonCaniac/Public Enemy joined a month before me and he just changed it. I looked it up and I have the option to change it
Someone should take the name of a truly obscure Canes draft pick. Or one of our busts.
