Anyway, you simply HAVE to kick the tires on acquiring Peyton Manning, but I'm shocked at how few people have voiced any concerns about his health. The guy is 35 and hasn't played football in a year due to a very serious neck injury that did nerve damage. It's not exactly a no-brainer here.

I had a 2 level (c4/c5 c5/c6) fusion surgery last year and I'm still in pain. My neck is now fine, but my shoulders feel like they are on fire all of the time. I take so much drugs I feel like an addict. I'll probably need another fusion to fix my shoulder pain at c3/c4. He's probably like me and has a lot of problems with nerves and arthritis (bone growth spurs) in the neck.
I was never a huge fan of him, but I feel for him since I am going through the same thing. It is very possible that he and I will always have some sort of pain. I've heard lots of stories online about fusion surgery not being completely successful. I've had to give up track days and sold my 2 track cars because it hurts too much to drive stick for any extended amount of time.

Sorry to hear that. I required major back surgery nearly 20 years ago but no fusion was required. I still have some serious back problems though.
Man I love this Faried kid. First Nugget I have actually really enjoyed watching in a long time. The guy isn't a thug and works hard and has fun. I'd take this guy over Melo any day.
Dolphins have LeBron and Wade recruiting Peyton. Lawson, Nene, and Galinari better bring their "A" game.
Apparently the Broncos have over $40M in cap space so they can easily fit Peyton, Wayne, and Clark under the cap if that's what it's going to take. But it's hard to imagine Peyton going to a team that plays outside unless it's a place like Miami where it's never cold. I think Wayne really wants to play in Miami as well and if they're a package deal, Denver doesn't seem like a likely destination for them.
I think it would be easier for Manning to separate from Wayne than vice versa. Considering DT and Decker could be better than Wayne I doubt it's a deal breaker.

I don't know anyone that doesn't like him haha. He's just flying out there.
The people in Washington will ***** and moan about this trade, but honestly it's a good one for the Skins because you don't want Mike Shanahan making your 1st round selections anyways.

That might go down as one of the worst trades ever. I think RG3 will be a good player but I think it might take a couple years. Your giving up 3 first picks one is already a top 10 pick, what if the other 2 end up top 10 as well? Then this trade becomes really lopsided.
Even if RG3 pans out, if only 2 of the Rams picks turn out its a huge win for them, if all 3 pan out it is a landslide win.
The Rams just took the Skins to the woodshed on this one. Snyder is just so desperate. A pick is a pick you never know there is just as good a chance that RG3 turns into Ryan Leaf as there is he turns into Peyton Manning. Dumb move mortgaging the future like that.

This is right on the money. For a team that has as many problems as the Skins, they better hope RG3's offense turns every game into a blow out. But I don't see it happening as the OL is horrid.
