We better beat the Pens at least once, or we're finishing 4th

people have been saying all year that we'll never stay ahead of boston and pittsburgh lol

if we go .500, they have to go 11-4-1 to catch us. they are the team to fear if you are going to worry about anyone but we'd have to completely fall apart

Us going .500 is not falling apart, and they are very capable of going 11-4-1

He's like 4 days away.

I mean draw it all up.

We've played at an insane pace all year, we're due for a spell of .500 hockey..

Pens are on fire, Crosby on his way back.

Just hope we can hold them off.

Nothing is official but Pierre McGuire had an interview with Crosby today and Crosby said that he sure hopes that he will play on Sunday. Emerick also was talking to Lemieux and he hinted that we would see him on Sunday.

Not that big of a deal but with Tampa having 69 points and 15 games left they can get to 99 making the Rangers magic number 9 without tiebreakers to clinch the 8 seed.

I am not great at math but the Pens are 4 points back with two games against us still. Seems like they have a pretty good chance to catch and pass the Rangers as soon as next week.

How many more pints to clinch a playoff spot?

Someone in the PGT said 4.

Beat the Penguins and it doesn't matter what they do.

We are killing the rest of the Eastern Conference in ROW.

I'm about to update it now, but quickly looking, we need 5.

Edit- It's now updated to include games on 3/11.

He probably just said that to keep creepy close talker McGuire from breathing into his mouth.

the magic number to win the division and 1st seed is 25 points as of monday march 12..because pittsburgh has 14 games left and they have 89 points...so if pittsburgh wins all 14 remaing games they will top off at 117 points...the rangers would then need to get to 118 points..rangers now have 93 points so they would need 25 points

The Rangers would need 24 points because if we are both tied, the Rangers would own the tiebreaker because they would have more ROWs.
