Derek Roy and Drew Stafford package

I doubt this happens, but IMO it would be a good culture change for the sabres. What would you give up to get roy/staff? Sabres would need a decent, established top 6 center back for roy to start since we'd have almost no one other than hodgson at that point, so go from there please

This has been open for over an hour and no one has proposed a trade to get these guys. That should tell you something.

If we are packaging these two together then We need one of the top Centers in the league. I mean come on Roy is a ppg player and Stafford Scored at a 40 goal pace.

It would have to be struggling player for struggling player so im not sure how many guys fall into that category... Off the top of my head i guess Dubinsky, Zajac(injury), Brassard, C. Stewart, and Ovechkin

. But really we are not gonna get anything other then picks prospects or struggling players so please dont ask for a top proven center back... It sucks becuase I was the biggest Roy fan the past couple years. 3 jerseys and all and now i cant wait to get rid of him. Hopefully a change of scenery will help. As for Stafford... He got his money so he could care less...

Maybe because one or both has been offered roughly 1,247 times in the last two months that people are tired of getting into pissing matches with Sabres fans over their respective values.

Going to get flammed for this but divide them up... Roy and the earlier 2nd for kopitar.

Stafford for a pick/ B prospect

Who knows what darcy was offered for Roy...we don't know his value and are shooting in the dark

Those are both awful. The first one rips off LA badly (And we don't even buy them dinner? Ouch!), and the second one is terrible for Buffalo.
