He should sue Bettman and the PA. Slamdunk case.

Why should he? He's been earning NHL pay all year... thats why the rule is in place.

exactly that rule is to protect the players on two-way deals.
kolarik got paid $525k this year, if we were allowed to send him down to get him off the cap he would have been paid $105k

so kolarik could technically play for the rangers this year if we were faced with a ton of injuries?

Holy crap, Newbury drops with Oleksy and absolutely destroys him. Must have landed 15 punches to his face. Never seen such a one sided fight, haha

He took a hell of a beating
Whale win 4-3 in so. Whale score on their first 3 atempts, (A couple of realy nice ones, Zuccarello truly embarrassed the goalie and still bats a .1000)sound tigers net none.
Not a good game by the whale.
V-Tank and Deveaux of with injuries.
Erixon with 2 assists, Newbury 1+1, Grant and JAM with a goal each. Johnson with 41 saves and 3 ps saves.
Redden had a good game with the C on his chest.
Besides that the whale was more dangerous on the PK then on PP and 5 on 5.

From what I could tell from twitter he had a couple of chances but the goalie was playing well at that point. I'd like to see that shootout goal.

He has been playing OK, just has cooled down a little in the points department.
He is now 4/4 in the shootout, scoring with 4 different moves.
Last nights shot was a super sweet backhand

Might as well call Newbury up, he fits in with the "bottom sixers with no skill who can ruin somebody's day" theme.

Kleenex and KY Jelly use in Norway is going to skyrocket... Zuccarello has been recalled to the NY Rangers.

he isn't listed on the roster on the website, but he is still on the roster because he is signed and they couldn't send him down. he is signed by the rangers so if the rangers are unable to assign him to the whale it doesn't take too much deductive reasoning to figure that means he is still with the rangers
