Hey MSE, shouldn't the Leafs record say home instead of away?

It is interesting how the Flyers could of actually drafted Pekka Rinne in the 2004 Draft 5 picks be fore Nashville selected him. However the Flyers decided to pick Stephan Ruzica instead. They could of also drafted Milan Lucic 32nd Overall but picked Andreas Nodl.

I'm going to this one with CharlieGirl, I think the Laffs are going to get hammered. The one thing we know for sure is they will be starting their backup goalie...cuz that's all they've got! Hoping Bob gets the start.

How about passing on Clarke in the 1st round then getting him in the second. It was a good thing we lucked out and got Giroux at 22. No one picked Matt Read. You can look at every draft years later and say shoulda, woulda, coulda. MSE, you had to show that pic of Doug! He was a fan favorite in the early years and one funny dude. With our speed we should pressure that defense. Not a lot of speed on their back end. Hopefully we can get some players back from injury.

GO FLYERS!

Thanks MSE

Enjoy! Bring us some good luck. By chance will you two be in Orange and Black? I love the city but have not been there since "81".
Take Care.

The Bruins had three chances to draft Clarke and two of the picks combined for about 150 games played.

The Flyers picked John Stevens four picks ahead of Patrick Roy.

Each team has regrettable picks, sometimes based on who followed.

As far as Favell, did you see this from a few months ago?

This usually helps.

Claude Giroux was passed over 21 times. For future all stars like Mark Mitera and Bobby Sanguinetti.

Take Care.
Yup, CG in orange, me in white. Both of us have 2 Richards jerseys so that's what we're wearing! I just hope it warms up by tomorrow, it's freezing here today and we keep getting snow. CG doesn't live in Toronto so she's got a longer train ride than I do.

The Favell mask story is pretty bizarre.

Where are you sitting? We are 4 rows from the top! I'm not home to check the section.

Good luck. I love seeing games there. I live in philly but if i was ever gonna relocate it would be to toronto. The most beautiful hockey heaven every created and everyones cool there. their hardcore for the leafs but their not dick s like in montreal. Everybody's all cursing at you in french there. I'm undefeated on the road and i'm hoping we play in LA next year cause that's next on the list. That and Vancouver. Nice work representing, have fun......btw, did you ever drink at Reilly's?

If the Rangers keep skidding for a little while longer the Atlantic Division could turn into a wild ride down the stretch. New York hasn't really faced adversity all year.

We are in section 103 I believe. I have sat up top a few times and honestly, the atmosphere is actually better up there. You actually get the real Leafs fans up there as opposed to the corporate crowd.

Every time I have been up there, the fans have been as respectful as they could be considering I was wearing a Flyers jersey. With my experiences, you should hope even more than normal that the Flyers win/outplay the Leafs. When it gets to be bad, the Leafs fans start turning on eachother and it leaves for some great entertainment

Best seats I ever had were at the ACC. Right behind Flyers bench with our own private box beneath the seats. You go in there during intermission for food and drinks and then have best seats in house for game. Saw Richies 3 on 5 goal live

I was at that game as well. Richie's 3 on 5 goal was one of the coolest goals I have ever seen live.

Not only did Lindros play in that game, I believe he scored a goal for the Leafs as well.

Yea i think he did. He was playin great for them until he hurt his wrist. I just remember talking to leafs fans and they and i guess a lot of people seemed to think we were locks for the cup that year because of the hatcher, forsberg, rathje (bwaahahahah) signings. and they looked so good early on but how fast did that lineup plummet. oh well. its the greatest feeling in the world to be at an away win tho.
