I'm sorry, but that is flat-out insanity. No team would ever purposefully dress 5 defenders.

Playing Goligoski/Larsen 30 minutes a night is not an option.

You never dress just 5 D. Teams occasionally dress 7 D but you never dress less than 6. Last game we had two dman get hurt, so if we dressed five we would have been rotating 3 dman the entire 3rd period.

Pardy is playing with Larsen tonight.

I really doubted we would, but I didn't see anything about Souray or Pardy being called up yet. I'm not saying we should, I just wasn't sure we had 6 D. I missed AoF's post, which is why.

That, and I'm just used to my own team where we rotate 4 D the entire game while playing 14 forwards.

Pardy's been here, just a healthy scratch.

Pardy didn't need to be called up. He's been a healthy scratch ever since Souray returned.

Oh, had no idea. My bad.

The AHL stint was just conditioning, wasn't it?

Correct.

Playoff look: Avs up 2-1 on the Oilers midway through the 3rd.

If anyone finds a Dallas feed so I don't have to listen to the terrible Anaheim announcers please post. I wonder if they think Kyle Barch is still on the team.

Burish misses an open net again. Double clutched then blocked.

Burish not converting into open nets again.

4th line looked good though. Vincour manhandling people.

Great shift by the 4th line.

Benn line has been stuck in their zone every second they've been on the ice.

Just pick up your stick Pardy. You're worthless without it and probably even with it.

Turning the puck over way too much early on.
