Pens fan here. What we've done lately has been more than just a streak imo. Ever since one of our writer's called the team out in the media and said the Pens were thinking about giving the "C" to someone else since Sid was out the Pens have been simply unbeatable. We're 20-4-1 since that article.
I still doubt we catch you guys though. We have to beat you in the two remaining matchups and imo it's likely you guys will take at least one of those games. Looking forward to Thursday though. The atmosphere in MSG if Sid comes back for that one is going to be intense. Nothing like playoff hockey before the playoffs even start, eh?

I'll actually be surprised if the Pens don't take over #1 by the end of the year. If the Pens were hot and the Rangers went even 1-1-1 in the last 3, I might be singing a different tune.

BTW, as much as I hate the Pens. I hope they lay a beating on them Bruins from earlier in the season style. That's what they get for not showing up.

No, not really. Nothing wrong with bringing good discussion and knowledge to the board. Also, it's an internet forum. Anyone can post here if they feel like.

I mean no disrespect to any other poster in particular, but I do think its kind of annoying when other fans post here and be like "dont worry you guys have a good team" or "you guys are still going to finish." This team is playing the worst hockey of the season, and I don't think its helpful when people say stuff like that. But whatever, people have the freedom to post pretty much anything they want.
