Parrish won't garner a sniff at Coburn. Morrow may be a bit closer though.
I would expect Morrow to be more difficult to acquire than Coburn. Morrow is a proven two-way gritty winger and he is still young.
But either way Parrish is definitely on the way out. By all indications Weinhandl is making the Isles soon. So these lines are what I see the Isles lines could look like:
Kvasha-Yashin-Czerkawski Hunter-Peca-Wienhandl (Not sure if either can play LW)
EX: Papineau and Godard
So this appears to leave Parrish out. Personally I would much rather keep Scathard than Parrish. I also think that Hunter and Weinhandl have as much if not more upside than Parrish. I wouldn't mind a trade of Parrish for a young NHL D-man who is close to NHL ready.
How about the Flames? Oleg Saprykin maybe? Medvedev (Russian starting goalie for the past 2 WJC) and Gelinas/McAmmond? Conroy and Montador? Gauthier and McConnell (2nd round pick a year and a half ago)? Not enough?
