I disagree. Parise, just barely barely missed the net. If you think of the angle difference at the point of contact, that goes in the vast vast majority of the time. Bob was square to Larsson and pretty far out. I think the shot from Larsson has a lower overall probability of scoring.

Goals are the tiebreaker, not GP.

I think there is a few choice words to describe aforementioned "operation".

Glad to say my first post here is about the fact that last night's game was one of the most satisfying times I've had at the Rock in recent memory. Took awhile for the crowd to get going, but once things started rolling it was just great, especially when Kovy netted one of the better karma goals you'll ever see after Talbot slashed A-Train. Having a place for railing against all things Philly is therapeutic for me.

Summed up:

He does pull up from hits all the time when he's forechecking. At this point I've resigned myself to the fact that he doesn't believe in finishing checks, but I'm still holding out hope that he might do it more in the playoffs.

I don't want to take any chances. Sign Hampus for the A-Devs!

That play gave me the impression that Larsson isn't confident in his own shot beating Bobrovsky, and that's something I'd like to see from him. The shot is never a bad play, especially because Parise was right there for a possible rebound.
