I think that Doan is definately worth 5.5 on a two or three year deal. Wouldn't do longer term than that.

So...Radulov might be coming back to the NHL. Nashville has a lot of free agents to re-sign (including Weber + Suter), is there any chance Radulov next year would put them over their internal cap? If so, I'd like to see the Kings go after some of their players. Paul Gaustad would not look bad at all on our 3rd line. Hell, maybe even Radulov could be had?

I don't think having a 40 year old Doan is such a bad deal. Remember, Recchi was still a pretty valuable player even at 43, and helped his team win a cup. I think Doan could serve a similar role.
