I'm guessing Marchand and Seguin must be expecting a couple of calls soon.

Karlsson only has 1 point, and is -7 against Montreal this season, what's up with that.

As much as I hate watching this team lose, they MUST lose tonight.

To be fair, having guys with families is probably a smart move in Montreal.

I changed my mind. I don't think we're winning tonight. With Nokelainen & St. Denis in for Gomez & Kaberle, we've managed to downgrade from two players that weren't that good anyway.

I'm sure the team will work hard, but I don't see it happening.

Only way we win is if Cole or Patches gets a hattrick, Price steals the game, or Sens hand us multiple PPs that Subban and Markov can feast on.

I can't remember where I read it, maybe in 09, when there was a report about Gainey inviting over Price for dinner just before the playoffs, or something like that, but it mentioned that management encouraged players to have stability in the regards to living with gf, having kids young.

And it kinda makes sense that I look at the core of the team, Price now lives with his gf, Eller is married, and got married at like 20-21 I think, Patches just got married..

Of course we are, NOT

With the season we have just had, might as well laugh about it

Bruins board is horrible, sorry but it's the truth, bruins start losing and people want the players to kill and injure other teams players. Wouldn't want to be a bruins fan, and if I was I wouldn't be on HF with those posters

Not all of us are like that and I put those people on ignore and report them. I am one of the good ones

Laughter is the best medicine.

In all seriousness, I want you guys to be good again. The rivalry isn't the same.

Habs lose 5-4
Pac scores 3
Karlsson is on the ice for 4 goals against but also 3 goals for so he finishes with only a -1 rating
Sens fans: omg he's so fukkin jooceyyy, give him the Norris!!!!!111

I know some are, just makes it harder to notice with all the negative ones.

But the mission right now is to finish as low as possible so I'm hoping for 2 Ottawa wins, sorry

And yes the rivalry was horrible this year, beside the Subban and Marchand fight earlier in the year they were boring games

Meh. Our rivalry with the Leafs is pretty lame at the moment, but to be honest I'd rather see the Leafs continue to rot in their irrelevance. I'd hold the same opinion for the Bruins.

It's easy really. This season is lost. Once you've accepted it and the conversation has undoubtedly turned to the draft and the next season and the chance to have our own potential top-10 scorer one day...that makes your priorities change for these utterly meaningless games.

I really wanted us to keep winning when we were way out, but still had a chance. Now it's impossible, so I want to see the best result for the team for next year. It's like saying, anyone who doesn't think Markov should play at his absolutely best and forget about the chance that he might weak his knee (i.e. arguing against him getting used to things), is not a real fan. It's called not being myopic. I'm happy when we score for 3 secs, then I'm not.

Makes more sense to me now,

But do you actually cheer for the other team?

Because I understand the getting a better pick part, because I remember after the Meyers overtime goal, I said to myself one less point in the season.

But I at no point was I hoping for the Sabres to score.

Exactly. Some people sounded like they destroyed their living rooms in anger when Montreal got a point against Buffalo.

If we lose, I hope it's a low scoring game. I still want Price to have some nice stats.
