I honestly don't understand why Frölunda fans are so confident. Brynäs have one of the most lethal offenses in the SEL. But then again, Frölunda fans have always been huge homers.
One can only hope that Frölundas players understimate Brynäs as much as its fans.
Also, I feel bad for AIK. Terrible reffs, embarrassing.
Frölunda has a really awesome team, probably the second best goaltender in the league, their defense is solid and they have quite a few forwards that can step up and score that big goal to win the game aswell.
I think they they might be the most complete team in the league when they don't have injuries together with Luleå (Frölunda has a better goaltender but a worse system, imo). If they can shut down Brynäs powerplay I think that they will win this series in five or six games.
I would rather see Brynäs make it through to the semifinals but I just don't think it will happen.
Also, AIK would most likely have lost even without the (very correct) penalties they had against them yesterday.
Don't blaim the reffs for the loss. Luleå was the better team and hopefully they win again tomorrow.
If someone was embarrassing it was Gunnar Persson.
I don't blaim the refs, I'm not even an AIK fan. But a couple of the calls that went against AIK were terrible (the call that gave them a 5v3 in the second period for example).

Disagree with Frölunda being the most complete team in the league. Top 5 yes, but not the best. I do however believe that Brynäs is one of the most complete teams when healthy, they haven't been healthy much this year though, with a very important piece in Dackell being out for most of the year.
We'll see what happens in the series, I don't believe this series will be as easy as some of the Frölunda fans think though.

Hey guy, we crushed them 4-1 in the season series, with 17-8 in goals. Also, their lethal PP scored at a 12.5% against us.
Are modo out of gas already? And to think that many experts were expecting a close series and even a possible upset by them in this series. No way Jose. They've only been a threat against us for not even a full period.

Is that actually AIK's official youtube chan? I don't care that much and I've even found myself rooting for AIK as the underdogs, but honestly that's a bit embarrasing IMO. Just enjoy the win and cut the crap. Imagine this in the NHL..
