Thanx to Kevin with this. There had always been a bit of a language barrier when trying to interview Tukonen. You can still kind of see it in some of his very short, simple responses.

Thanks for the article! Yeah, you can definitely see he's still trying to improve his English... but I am always happy when a Kings prospect/player is willing to give an interview.

Hey Osprey, you're a quick one, aren't ya? Sharp as a bowling ball.

LOL, I merged a new thread he started. I think the sticky messed him up.

LOL... yeah, we're (at least I'm) not used to looking up at the sticky sections. I scanned the regular messages and saw nothing.

Hey, David, bowling balls aren't sharp, silly

After posting that, I thought for a moment that it might have just been a merged thread.

I'll give Osprey the benefit of the doubt. He's at least as sharp as a bag of wet hair.

This reminds me of when I interviewed Kanko. Good questions with a one or two word answer.

Good job Kevin...I know how tough these can be!

One of my favorites with Kanko...

John: And who do feel has been your biggest supporter or role model?
Petr: Yes.

The other one

John: You have a reputation as a practical joker in the locker room. What is the funniest prank you have pulled

Kanko: (laughs) I always play hard

If I recall correctly, you chopped a good deal of that interview down to the editing room floor. The funniest pieces of that interview probably never saw the light of day past us.

Yeah like 80% of it.

I don't think the funny parts would have really translated to text.
