Bengals safety Reggie Nelson is scheduled to visit Jets on Friday.
Would love to see that deal get done.
Also, Brady Quinn visiting the Jets tomorrow. I'd be OK with him as a backup, don't really see many better options. If not him than we'll probably sign Stanton.

Knew he was gone, upset he's going to the '9ers though. Sad to see him leave, although he was an idiot on the field sometimes he'll be remembered as a good Giant. Always an x-factor when he was on his game- a guy who could put up very probably 1000+ yards if he wasn't buried behind better receivers, and when the going got rough it was common to see Mario make a big play. For every dumb thing he did I can remember another time he stepped up.
Sad to see some of my favorite Giants this decade leave, with Rio and BJ gone.
Lots of money for a punter but he was integral to this SB.
Good teammate, good punter. Provides stability at a position we haven't had for a while.
He was our Superbowl Co-MVP IMO. One of the best punters in the world. This deal also lowered his cap hit from the franchise tag by about 1.3 M per year.

Big pickup: Bengals reached agreement with safety Reggie Nelson. Jets now will need to look elsewhere.
Peyton to the Broncos. Can't say I'm surprised. Easily the favorite now in the AFC West. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Tebow now.
Honestly, I don't think it makes DEN the favorite. Unless Damaryius Thomas can stay healthy, that's a thin receiving corps. Their Rbs are still meh.
Oak and SD will still be very competitive and KC could be as well. That division is no longer the biggest joke in the NFL (that now belongs to the NFC west).
Tebow is gone and I will die laughing if he ends up on the Dolphins.
I would have thought he'd pick the Titans, given the Tennessee connection. If Jeff Fischer was still there, maybe he would have. Oh well. Denver plays the Giants in 2013.
He can run the wildcat. Smith leaving left a huge void last season.
Sanchez would ****. In one locker is a guy who nails Kate Upton and is smashing Jeter's stunt records, in the other, a devout virgin who sings Jesus rock songs when he's warming up.
I guess if AC Green can do it in LA in the 1980s, then tebow would be fine in NYC.
