Need help editing my logo

I want to put my team logo on a black t-shirt. The problem is the only pic I have of the logo is on a yellow background. Basically I'm looking to have just the logo with a white border around it (so it can go onto a black t-shirt). Anyone willing to help? I can PM the logo.
