They may be old, but I would sign the Hanson Brothers.

I think the team would benefit so much from resigning Ruutu. He Has really found hes game. 34 points in 58 games in Jokerit and hes 4th at the points. we could use a player that can score and fight. + make the opponents take penalties.

Mcgrattan/Parros-Ebbett-Ruutu

Ruutu had 2 points in 23 games as a Duck, and only played 3 of the 6 post-season games. Don't get me wrong, I really liked him as a 4th liner, playing the other wing with Parros and [insert random centre here] but he'd have to be cheap, perhaps under 700k.

Konopka might be willing to return to Anaheim, for 800k, then sign Shawn Thornton for 950k, and Ruutu at bargain basement 600k. McGrattan at 525k would work as well, I kind of want him over Ruutu.

Yes i know. But what i meant was that hes return to Helsinki has really been good for him and he might do better if he came back now for hes perhaps last run at the NHL. And im sure he`l make more points than Mcgrattan,Parros or R.Pelley. But yeah i really like your ideas, but still i dont think having two pure enforcers (Parros and MG) in the 4th line would be a good think. Perhaps its time to try someone else in Parros place and Mcgrattan or Thornton would be awesome(and besides MG already been here). Mgrattan/Thornton-?-Ruutu
BB and Murray give it a try!

We wouldn't have two pure enforcers, I think Parros will be gone next year. Pelley, not an enforcer, is also almost certainly gone next year. With this team's lack of depth and budget, Thornton may be a possible 3rd line guy [he did have 20 points with the Cup Champions in 2010-11] and the 4th line of McGrattan-Konopka-Ruutu sounds good. Konopka is incredible at faceoffs and with him and McGrattan this team instantly becomes top 5 toughest in the league. Ruutu provides an agitator role and the possiblilty of a 3rd liner if his scoring abilities continue, even at his advanced age. It'd have to be a 1-year deal and at a very low price though.

Yeah, but then i started thinking that it might be hard to get him with a low price and 1 year deal since he`s really happy with hes contract with Jokerit and hes near home there too. +hes age. Afterall I still hope well see him back in Ducks.

If were taking a Rangers energy player we should sign Prust not Avery, Avery hasnt shown he is an NHL caliber player this season.

You, sir, have jumped the shark.

Avery the hockey player from 3-4 years ago would be a huge asset, the problem is he's supposedly no longer much use on the ice.

Avery the human being is a selfish, look at me type buffoon who has divided the team and destroyed team chemistry on every single team he's ever played for. He's the definition of locker room cancer. Plus, he tends to lead to other players having to fight a goodly number of his battles, and who the hell is even available to do that?

Avery is still young and just as good of a player, he fights more than anyone on this team other than Parros. We actually need someone to spark emotion and mess with this poor exuse of chemistry. Oh and hes cheap and most of all entertaining.

Olli won't sign with the Ducks, Holland is unproven (why no Bonino instead), I can't see Avery working with the Twins and also that 4th line probably wouldn't work. Sign a better enforcer than Parros, I like the guy but he's not very good or useful.

I don't understand why you want BB gone.

For everyone want to sign other enforcers, why? BB won't play then anyways. Parros is one of the better playing enforcers in the league, and now that the are extra forwards up, BB sits him most nights. Do you really thing he will play McGratton? The time of the enforcer is done in Anaheim as long as BB is head coach. And everyone saying Baleskey.....lololololol. He is a joke of a fighter, and not much better of a hockey player.

You conveniently forget the enforcers who BB played in Washington. There has been no need for Parros because he sucks at hockey.
