Where are these guys tonight? Injured? Healthy scratches?

We've been discussing it in the other Tambellini thread. Healthy scratches, apparently.

I read somewhere else that Petiot is sitting out tonight with an injury...Tambellini, however...maybe he was called up to play with the Kings tomorrow. ?

Tambs was in the building, unhappily a healthy scratch, which is code for 'in hughes' doghouse'.

Didn't see Petiot at all. With Norstrom out with the cervical strain, it's entirely possible that he's heading west to join the team in Chicago.

My favorites from the "excuse meter version 2006" were (a) "Frolov has a zit the size of a golfball on his *** and you expect us to concentrate out there" and (b) "JR was hit by Dustin Brown in the shower and hasn't been able to skate since"

Tubby e-mailed me that Petiot apparently is hurt, but Tambellini is a healthy scratch. Tubby spoke to him directly to confirm THATFACT.

Tubby, nutz and I spent some time talking with Tambellini before the game. He was definately healthy, not playing, and in Manchester...

I didn't see Petiot at the VWA last night. He might have been there...

I think the official reports I've heard are that Petiot was a healthy scratch. However, I sit behind the home bench, and in Wednesday's game Petiot did not come out of the locker room following the second intermission and missed the entire third period. If he's healthy, then I'm curious what that was all about.

Certainly a possibility. With today's King's coaching methodology, it's also a distinct possibility that his recent scoring drought has landed him on the bench as well.

Tambellini and Petiot both in the lineup tonight vs. Providence. Both have contributed with an assist each. Monarchs up 3-1 after 1.
