SOAD's first album introduced me to so much when it came out. Might make the trip to go if they add another good act.

They are worth the trip even if bieber was opening.

Very good so far. After seeing this last night I tried to buy a presale ticket but their website seems to be down because of traffic.

Not really a fan of any of those bands, but I've gone to every HeavyMTL. Hoping the rest will be good.

Yes to Periphery, Fleshgod, BTBAM, Origin, SOAD - everyone except slipknot, manson and LoG.

Interested in Sunday. Leave before the headliners and get wasted

I'm not into heavy metal/hard rock at all but every year it seems you guys love the lineup except for the headliners. What's the deal with that?

I really like most of this years line up but I could do without FFDP. System, slipknot,Lamb of god and Manson are all good live. I've never seen CC before so I'm looking forward to that.

Really not liking the heavymtl set. Easily the worst one they've had.

Needs more Euro influence. Shove In Flames in there and it looks better.

And High on Fire is one of the worst live bands I've ever seen. Them or The Sword.

I won't get started on 'Soul of Darkness'

needs more thrash...overkill is good, but I agree In Flames would have been nice

need more classic names. old-school stuff. this particular type of metal im not a fan.
ill probably go sunday just for ST (and manson?) and to support this festival. it beats any shot at the bell centre, fun wise.

No but seriously.. I mean they have unusual vocals as per mainstream standards, but they're both awesome.

There will be a few more bands added to the show. They should ask faith no more to play this year. The band played a couple shows in 2011 and have a few booked this year. One of my favorite bands and it would be awesome to see them live. Probably won't happen but one can dream.

Which one? The sword was BORING when I saw them live. They didn't move. They brought 0 energy to their show. As for High on Fire, I thought their songs all sounded the same, annoying.

And I take back what I said, the worst live performance from an actually 'liked' band was Municipal Waste.

" This is a song about a shark..."
