And we have a playoff qualifier already. Here's the latest.

Greenville - 29 points (18 GR)
Wheeling - 32 points (20 GR) - 40 points to clinch Atlantic division

---------- On The Bubble:
Florida - 37 points (18 GR)
Chicago - 39 points (19 GR) (both tied for 8th in maximum points, thus each needs the other to lose at least one point. At this moment, I _think_ that Florida would take the tiebreaker, with 44 Wins possible to Chicago's 43 Wins possible... but I can't seem to find out whether the ECHL went with the "non-shootout Wins" as the first tiebreaker like the NHL did, or stayed with "all Wins" as the first one)

I'm going to tomorrow's Express/Everblades game, so hopefully that makes for an interesting game.
The East 1-10 is seperated by just 14 points. Nobody running away with anything this season. 1-5 seperated by just 4 points. Not only are the Playoff teams in question just a bit but the seeding is definitely in doubt.
No more clinches yet - but there could be one more after tonight (3/6).

By my calculations, the 3rd one is redundant -- Stockton clinches with ANY Bako loss, since an OT/SOL would mean Bako's max points are 65, and Stockton has 65... and Bako's max Wins would be 29, and Stockton already has 30, so would win the tiebreaker.
After this past weekend's games, Bakersfield is not YET eliminated, but clinging to life, requiring them to go 6-0 in their remaining games AND have Idaho go 0-6 (all losses in regulation) to have any shot of making the post-season. So, by the end of Wednesday night, it is VERY likely that the Western Conference lineup will be set.
Gwinnett, Elmira, Greenville, and Utah have all joined the post-season party -- and no teams have yet joined Trenton on the mathematical rubbish heap (see note about Bako above).
We do have our first division clinch -- Alaska have clinched the Mountain Division title, and one of the two top Western Conference seeds, but they are by no means yet assured of the #1 and the first-round bye.
EASTERN CONFERENCE: Magic Numbers:
Gwinnett - CLINCHED (5 games remaining) - 9 points to clinch South division title, 10 points to clinch Eastern Conference title.
Greenville - CLINCHED (5 GR)
Elmira - CLINCHED (6 GR) - 7 points to clinch Atlantic Division title.
Kalamazoo - 6 points (6 GR) - 6 points to clinch North Division title.
Wheeling - 6 points (6 GR)
South Carolina - 7 points (6 GR)
Florida - 9 points (6 GR)
---------- ON THE BUBBLE
Cincinnati - 15 points (7 GR)
Chicago - 15 points (7 GR) (Both teams have a max of 83 points. They can't both win out, as they play each other THREE MORE TIMES in the remaining seven games -- making it almost a play-in series between the two teams. At this moment, Cincinnati would have the Wins tiebreaker, should it come to that.)
---------- Tragic Numbers:
Reading - 13 points (6 GR)
Toledo - 6 points (6 GR)
Trenton - ELIMINATED (6 GR) - already clinched worst record in the East, and 12 points away from beating out Bako for worst record in the league.
WESTERN CONFERENCE: Magic Numbers:
Alaska - CLINCHED (6 GR) - also clinched the Mountain Division title, 10 points to clinch the Western Conference title and first-round bye AND the Brabham Cup.
Ontario - CLINCHED (7 GR) - also clinched first-round home ice, 10 points to clinch the Pacific division.
Las Vegas - CLINCHED (6 GR) - also clinched first-round home ice.
Colorado - CLINCHED (8 GR) - 10 points to clinch first-round home ice.
Stockton - CLINCHED (6 GR) - can finish no better than 4th seed.
Utah - CLINCHED (5 GR) - can finish no better than 4th seed.
Idaho - 1 point (6 GR) - can finish no better than 4th seed.
---------- Tragic Numbers:
Bakersfield - 1 point (6 GR)
