Even if those three where in I doubt the score would be much different... besides, injuries are not an excuse, every team in the NHL has significant injuries. I'm tired of hearing about it. The entire system from the ECHL through the AHL right up to the NHL is flawed...

In the end, yes. The CBJ organization is in trouble as long as JPM is owner, in fact, I don't think they will ever be a winning organization as long as the McConnell family owns the team..

I'm having trouble listing any positives.

JJ looked good.
Savard with 19:46 ice time and even on the +/-

I thought you said "total franchise collapse." Or are you one of those ones enjoying it - all in the name of good burgers. Shame.

It does appear to be that though... not happy.

Back from the game.

Had a real good time chatting with the other fans in 105, and watching the two drunk girls sitting in front of us act like fools.

Umm, errrr, welllllll.....................

That was about it.

Just back from the game. Number 10 of the year for me (usually go to 10-12 a year). Was contemplating going this Sunday & again for closing night, but not now. That whole effort was painful. The gap in skill level between those two teams is enormous. Game was over after the first 7-8 minutes. No hope. None. No light at end of tunnel. Hate to be negative, but this is the lowest point for me. I especially loved listeneing to the postgame on the radio & Richards & all the players saying how tired they were from the flight back from the west coast................ please, spare us................

The Hawks were fun to watch tho.............highly skilled team.

The good news is that Edmonton thrashed the Preds.

Heck no, I hate getting beat, but the more we get beat the more things will stay the same so we can get beat more.. in a way it does become fun analyzing why we get beat.

Used to be when the CBJ would lose everyone here would be pissed off, screaming, yelling, going nuts! Now everyone is calm, used to it, completely apathetic........what a freakin disgrace this team is, and the owner keeps rewarding the guys responsible for it with paychecks! Even Howson himself has to be asking himself " how the hell do I still have a job?"' when he knows any other team in the league would have canned his ass months ago!

Exhibit 1 that disproves that: Brian Burke in Toronto.

Here's a nugget for you. Scott Howson has put together a playoff team in Columbus previously. Brian Burke's Leafs have never made it.

Here's a nugget for you, Burke won the Stanley Cup with the Anaheim Ducks as the GM in the 2006–07 NHL season. It was his second year as an executive with the club.

Howson has never won a playoff game...

No comparison what so ever....
