Congrats to teh Sioux on winning the Broadmoor with an exclamation point. For their efforts they get rewarded by being placed in the most competitive bracket. Still, I like the way the Green Giouxns of Grand Forks are playing...a FF if not a finals appearance seems pretty likely. If Dell can stay hot, maybe all the toast, baby! This Sioux team is better than the Sparty team that Jeff Lerg took all the way, after all.

I hope Brock Nelson has a huge tournament... would love to have seen Grimaldi play as well.

You will see both of them tear it up next year for North Dakota! And of course Brock this season.

If Brock returns. Speculation right now is it's 50/50 of staying or going.

Oh I know I was just being optimistic. I truly believe he will return for one more year but then again you never know.

personally I see Nelson bolting for the pros...
but the only saving grace for him staying is the way the Isles have destroyed Nino Niederreiter this year...they might be leary to rush their next big star...but if Brock wants to go pro, the Isles will more then oblige.

We all know what Garth Snow thinks of college hockey and development. At least with Lucia and the Minnesota program. When Okposo jumped ship in the middle of the year awhile back he didn't have kind things to say about the his development under the guidance of tDon. I t would not surprise me that Brock is playing his last games as a member of the Fighting Sioux.
