Moose looked great last night. Was in the car for the 1st period and the Senators radio guys couldn't praise him enough.

Bishop is HUGE though...6'7"..yikes!

I was able to get the TML vs NYI game on 212, but it was the only NHL game I had access too. It bypassed the other channels for some reason, listened to WFAN instead.

jeeez Ben Bishop is huge. You could see a few times where there was a chance to shoot on him but they looked to pass instead because there was just no room.

DeBour is right, this has been a brutal 3 week stretch. Nice to get the W, take a breath, and focus on playing the right way for the next 8 games. The energy level of this team has been up and down during those 3 weeks, time to settle into a routine and get ready.

I hope Bernier earned a recurring spot after last night. And I'm starting to wish it was Janssen in the lineup more over Boulton. Boulton's biggest problem is that DeBoer thinks he can play, so he sees way more minutes than he's capable of without some sort of mental lapse.

Yanno, as easy as it is to harp on how the Devils have played lately, they've had a truly awful schedule. Lots of hard teams and very little time off. And when they DO get time off, it's in lieu of practice.
