Six Reasons Why We Have Clinched

Enjoy the article:

http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=623070

I would add our 3rd line (Feds-Boyler-Prust) as well as Steps and Anie to the list.

Is that a joke??? That line has been ATROCIOUS!! The only time they pin the puck is when it's in OUR ZONE! That combo has been god awful all year...

Only one I could see adding would be D-Step. Remember when AA went 17 games without a point? Feds-Boyle-Prust have been OK but nowhere near as important or productive as they were last year.

How many points did Lundqvist produce? Not every forward is out there to score. Without Boyle & Co. this team is nowhere near itself.

Why bring in a goalie's point totals when talking about forwards?

While not every forward is out there to score (none of that trio obv is) they have to at least keep the other team from scoring...that line hasn't done anything close to that since last season...Torts finally noticed this during the Colorado game when all of them were benched during the second half of that game, and that line did not skate together at all during the Devils game...

For two guys great on the PK, Boyle and Prust cannot get the puck out of our zone even strength to save their lives! It's pitiful...idk how many times we've been scored on or took a dumb penalty because neither of them could clear the damn zone...

I stand corrected.

I still think richards will / can hit 70 pts before the season ends, though.
